Rad Dude!

What's up dudes? I've decided to write this in english so all my dedicated readers can understand ;) I finally have some time to write. We've been stuck in meetings all day with the organisation. We got our bank details and other important boring stuff in order. But I have to say the meetings was everything else but boring. The guys were so cute that one of them almost had me convinced to sign myself up for a 4 days surf camp. We'll see about that, time will tell. So let me tell ya'll Sydney is amazing. We met up with a big bunch of girls at the airport. Everyone was really friendly and excited, maybe a bit too excited if you ask me. We had a long journey ahead of us. The 10 hour plane ride from Stockholm to Bangkok went pretty smoothly. Execllent food and a non-stop refill of wine did the trick. Thai Airways rock. In Bangkok Carro and I got separate from the group, purposely of course. 10 hours in the company of screaming 18 year olds can really get on your nerves. We managed to get lost unfortunetly but as sweet as thai people are we were help by this guy who picked us up in a truck and drove us all the way to the gate. The 8 hour plane ride from Bangkok to Syndey were spent watching Jurassic Parc and sleeping. The other girls were quite surprised of our ability to sleep whilst they couldn't even close their eyes of all excitment. Carro's reply to that was "it comes with age, you'll see"

When we finally got to Sydney me and Carro were somehow picked out as the chosen ones and had the pleasure of cut in front of the 100 people line, skip security and just walk out of the doors into the wilderness of Syndey. That's what I call swagga. We were taken to a nice hostel in the heart of central Sydney. The whole group decided to have drinks at a bar just across the street from the hostel. Carro and I were game but decided to take a walk around the block first. We ended up having a beer at cool place called "Star Bar". After the last sip of beer and the idea to join the other girls, two guys grab a hold of us with the line " You guys can't leave now, the fun is about to begin". They were right. We ended up shooting pool and bar hoping with them and the rest is history. All I can say is that we had a teriffic first night with new friends.

I'll let you know everything about what's going on with apartments and job hunting but for now I'm out of time. We're heading out for wine and dine with our old aussie friend Isabel. Laters!
